1. Turnaround & Production Times

• Sampling Lead Time: 7 to 15 business days for custom sample manufacturing.

• Bulk Production: 3 to 4 weeks following final sample approval.

• In-Stock Order Processing: 2 to 4 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times We ship internationally to the USA, Canada, UK, and worldwide via express logistics providers including DHL and FedEx.

• Express International Transit: 5 to 10 business days.

• Custom Samples: $100 flat sample rate includes express international delivery via DHL/FedEx.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes Customers are responsible for any applicable customs clearance fees, import duties, or local tariffs assessed upon arrival in the destination country.
