Refund policy

1. Standard Returns We offer a 30-day return policy for standard catalog items, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging.

2. Custom & Tech-Pack Items Custom sample orders (including single custom samples priced at $100) and custom-manufactured bulk apparel involving specific prints, puff printing, or custom embroidery tech-packs are non-refundable once production approval is confirmed, except in cases of clear manufacturing defects or incorrect production specifications.

3. Return Process & Damaged Items To initiate a return or report damaged or defective items (such as fabric weight errors, incorrect sizing, or embroidery issues), contact khuzamaint@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof and order details.

4. Refunds Approved returns will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
