How does the $100 custom sample order work?

Our $100 custom sample fee covers full physical sample creation including your tech-pack design, custom fabric selection, puff printing or embroidery plus express international shipping (via DHL/FedEx) directly to your door.

Can I submit my own tech-pack or artwork?

Yes. You can send vector files (.AI, .PSD, .PDF, or high-res .PNG) directly to khuzamaint@gmail.com with your order number.

What fabric weights (GSM) do you use?

We specialize in heavyweight streetwear, utilizing 300 to 500 GSM 100% combed cotton and fleece for oversized tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts.

What customization methods are available?

We offer high-density puff printing, traditional screen printing, custom embroidery, woven labels, acid washing, and full colorblock paneling.

How do your oversized t-shirts and hoodies fit?

Our graphic tees and hoodies feature a true-to-size oversized, boxy silhouette with relaxed drop-shoulder tailoring.

What are your production turnaround times?

Sampling: 7 to 15 business days.

Bulk Production: 3 to 4 weeks following sample approval.

Which carriers do you use for delivery?

All international orders are shipped via express courier services (DHL and FedEx), with typical delivery in 5 to 10 business days.

Are customs duties and tariffs included?

Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees assessed by local customs authorities in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
